2021最佳巴拿馬 GW-09: Lérida Monniche Geisha Washed
Finca Lérida Coffee Estate, located in Alto Quiel, Boquete, produces Geisha, Catuai, Typica, SL28 and Orange Bourbon in 70 hectares of the 120 at 1600-2100 masl.
Founded at the beginning of 20th Century, the farm is located right next to La Amistad International Park, where the experimental lots, located in the highest points of the farm, blend in with this biodiversity reserve.
Coffee details
Fully ripped cherries are picked from lot 10 at 1850 masl and taken trough a fermented wet process. Once picked, the fruit is left to rest for 36 hours with no water and no sunlight, then the pit is extracted from the pulp, sun dried for 14 days and a resting time of 60 days.
